The start of a new year sees many of us set New Year’s Resolutions … and these have often fallen by the wayside by the end of February!

 

Join CLUB CHI on Saturday 25 January 2025 for a one-day workshop with like-minded people, as we explore ways to let go of what we no longer need, set our intentions for the year ahead and manifest the year you want to be living.

 

Life is there to be enjoyed and when we explore within and align to our purpose, each day can be filled with joy.

 

We’ll be exploring our intentions, wishes and dreams for the year ahead through story boards, connection cards, gong bath meditations, letting go ceremonies, guided meditations and ways to support ourselves to stay on track with our manifestations.

 

As with all our workshops, they are interactive, fun and inclusive and we look forward to seeing you there as we start our journey into the new year together.

Tips & Techniques for 10-Minute Meditations Workshop

Saturday 1 March 2025 (2pm - 5pm)

In these busy times with so many demands being made upon us, it can often feel like we are caught up in things we have no control over.  

 

Living like this can leave us feeling frazzled, exhausted and with a weighty sense of missing out on real living.  With this in mind, CLUB CHI have developed a workshop which may help.

​

This workshop will explore tips and techniques to be able to do 10-minute meditations which can help us manage our lifestyles better.

​

We will explore this fascinating topic using colour and sound meditations and close the workshop with a relaxing Gong Bath Meditation.

 

And we will do all this together in a gentle and open way which is inclusive and fun.
