Midsummer Mindfulness 2025

​Join us on this Midsummer's Day as we Honour the Yang (the sun) 🌞

Our Midsummer Mindfulness wellness workshop is a chance for you to pause, to connect to the energy of the summer and to gain clarity and focus for the remainder of the year.
​
Join CLUB CHI on Saturday 21 June 2025 for a one-day workshop at Lake House Kent as we bring meditation, mindful practices and creativity to your Midsummer’s Day.
On the day we’ll be using a variety of mindfulness techniques:

gong bath meditation,

mindful movement,

guided meditations,

fire pit ceremony,

mindful art (foraging & mandala / slate painting)

As with all our workshops, they are interactive, fun and inclusive and we look forward to seeing you there as we continue this year's journey together.
