CLUB CHI offer the following monthly online sessions:​

Tuesdays at 6.15pm: 60-minute Wellbeing Session (this is a hybrid session with in-person attendees, as well as online attendees)

Last Thursday of the month: 30-MINUTE Wellbeing Session: a monthly top-up session to help you start or end your day.
Originally introduced in the light of self-isolation due to the Coronavirus and to ensure everyone can access the benefits of movement meditation from the safety of your home.

Wellbeing doesn't have to be put on hold when we're unable to attend venues. Relieve stress, help your immune system, stay healthy and stay connected.

We are currently offering the following monthly online Qigong sessions:
TUESDAYS (weekly session)
6.15pm: 60-minute ONLINE session (£10 per session. Packages also available)​​

THURSDAYS (last Thursday of the month)

9.00am: 30-minute ONLINE session (£5.50)
6.30pm: 30-minute ONLINE session (£5.50)
